Registration terms and conditions

1. 1. Upon enrolment a deposit of 100 € of the course price must be paid directly to our Bank account in Germany or in Spain. N.B. The Bank's commission is not included in the course price.
   N.B. The Bank´s commission for direct transfer is not included in the course price.
2. The school will confirm the student´s enrolment by e-mail and will send the address of the accommodation.
3. The remainder of the course price and accommodation must be paid within the first two days of the course.
4. In case of cancellation, the school reserves the right to retain the 20% advance payment to cover costs.
5. The school will give not refunds if a student starts the course later than the marked enrolment dates, is absent during any part of the course, or if the student leaves the class before the end of the course.
6. If, for personal reasons, the student leaves their accommodation, the full amount will not be refunded.
7. Minimum age 18.
8. Language exchange with Spanish people possible after 4 weeks of courses.
9. On Bank holidays the lessons cannot be recovered. School holidays : 14.12.02
10. Our insurance doesn´t cover accidents occurring outside the school.
11. Students participating in the cultural programme have to pay for their own transports costs, museum and cinema tickets.
12. Ex-Tandem´s students receive 10% discount.
